Took them a week to even look at my car and said diagnosed as two dead batteries 400 dollars each battery plus diagnostic 1100 and change. I will never go back to them my van was towed in on a Saturday night so I was expecting them to get to it till Monday or Tuesday but even got a text saying that I had an appointment on Friday nope not till the following Monday.
Service Department as always was excellent. My vehicle was ready on time and the staff were very helpful. The gentleman working at the Enterprise Rental Desk was also very good. The wait time for my rental was very short.
Made an appointment for 7:30 am for oil change and tire rotation, thinking first one in the door and hopefully it would be quick. Waited in waiting room for 2 hours for them to complete the job. Unacceptable in my book.

Good place to buy parts For your jeep I bought 1 jeep at this place and the service was great.
Shawn was really good. He kept me updated all the way thru the service. He is the best.
I brought my wrangler in for a water leak and you had it for a week and when I picked it up it was $900 to replace 2 door seals and it was still leaking. I brought it back and they said I needed a new appointment and they could take it the following week. I waited another week and brought it back and this time they had it 4 more days and said they did the best they could but couldn't say it wouldn't still leak. So $900 later I still have a leak!!! Very poor service dept.

Put down payment on jeep, had to wait one week for title to come in, so no registration, could not get inspection sticker, still waiting... not the sales men fault..

Vehicle was in service for a major lifter repair for over 30 plus days but every time they called and say it's ready for pick up it wasn't. Things that were supposed to be fixed or repaired were never touched. Also the icing on the cake I was charged for a coolant flush but the vehicle was leaking coolant after the engine repair. And wondered why I was charged for that
This is my third lease with this dealership. I’ve worked with Tony each time and I truly believe he did his best to get me the best deal and car for me. The whole experience was hassle free. I was able to pick up my car the next day with no waiting around or issues.
Will never go back. The estimate was price gauging and they charge me for having the car there for 7 days until they had time to inspect it. I had to pay $412 to retrieve it
Out of the 3yrs I've been going to Central I only had one bad experience.....and it was rectified within 24hrs.
Arrived on time (9:00 am) and went straight to service window. Dang checked me in and had everything ready to go. Estimated time for Recall and oil change was 2 - 3hrs. Got a call about the "special" program on oil changes ( 2/yr.) and said go for it. got a call 2 hrs later and said car was all set. Very satisfied with the promptness of the scheduling, estimated service time was right on the money. and everything is looking great!!!

They are kind, personable, and best of all they gave me a ride home then fixed my vehicle and picked me up. They take the time to explain what the problem was and give you the cost before proceeding with further services. Good job.
I really liked Russ. Very accommodating. He shared a number of vehicle options with me and comparative features relative to the varying price. We, together, settled on the best options. The experience went very smoothly with regards to timing and service.
There were 2 vehicles being traded for one so it was a bit more complicated but that did not make it take any longer. Both Carlos & Tom L were prepared and got all the paperwork together so I could get back on the road in my Newer Vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and avoid traffic back to the Cape.
The Full tank of gas was a nice perk.
