My 2018 Fiat 500X Lounge car was vandalized by addition of water and some foreign liquid into gas tank. Both my insurance company and adjustor they sent out to verify my claim were slow to respond. Shawn Nagle was my service consultant and he kept me in the loop, explaining the next steps, the possible service options. He even gave me the best-case and worst-case scenarios. He fixed the car and it runs like a top now!I was really pleased with the service and plan to use Central Fiat for my next six years of service!

we had two small dents along the side of our new truck which was a demonstrater sale vehicle.we brought this to their atention and they had them removed.extremly happy

Rotors replaced and fuel line recall . Everyone was so nice . Repaired in one day. . You even took the time to show me how to make the navigation voice louder !!

Katie, my service rep was extremely helpful. I was not having a good day (cracked, infected tooth) and was relieved when my encounter with the service department went so smoothly. They had my car in and out very quickly (inspection sticker). They were also accommodating when scheduling some regular maintenance for my vehicle the following.
