It was easy to get an appointment and my headlights got fixed easily and for a good price. However, I also dropped my car off for a recall repair as well that never got done. No one could explain to me why it didnt get done other than it wouldnt be done on Saturday. I was an out-of-town walk in customer thinking I needed a quick repair. The actual situation required a big bill and entailed me having to spend the night in town to wait for the work to be completed.
