My car starting acting up over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning. Shawn immediately helped me out. I was able to drop the car off that day. He made sure the problem was taken care of and I picked up my car that night. I trust what he told me had to be done. It's not the first time Shawn has helped me out at the last minute. I really appreciate it! Great service.
I had a great time working with my salesman. He knew what he was doing and made sure he help me met my needs. Also, the finance guy I worked with is amazing very cool guy and he know what he is doing as well. This the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this place. I was hearing what sounded like sloshing sounds in the vehicle and was brought in right away to have it looked at. Given that I have two small children and rely on my Jeep A LOT I really appreciate how Bill was able to get me in quickly and the servicemen did a check and didn’t find anything wrong. Thank you Jeep in Norwood once again for having my back. I always hear people say that they don’t trust the dealership but so far I haven’t had a bad experience. The service may cost a little more than non dealership service but it’s expected with an older vehicle. At least I have assurance that the work will get done right and that they are not “after my money”. Contrary the folks in the service department are professional and fair. They do not overcharge or try and fix issues that aren’t there. And for that thank you Jeep. The Lord always sends good ppl my way and you guys are no exception.
